We are conveniently located at 653 Center Street in Ludlow, adjacent to Randall's Farm and Citizens Bank, on Rte 21 just 3/4 of a mile North of Ludlow Exit #7 of the Massachusetts Turnpike.

Our experienced and friendly staff ensure your personal needs are met. With a caring approach, even the most anxious of patients are quickly put at ease. Feel free to ask any questions you may have concerning treatment or finances. We are here to inform, educate, and resolve any of your concerns.
Appointments/Cancellations
To make an appointment, please call our office at 413-589-0255, or fill out the Appointment Request form in the Contact section of this website. We consider everyone's time to be important. For the benefit of all concerned, we expect patients to schedule appointments at times that do not conflict with other commitments.
Should an emergency change in your schedule prevent you from keeping an appointment, kindly notify us as soon as possible. In this way, your reserved time may be used by another patient waiting for treatment.
Insurance
We work closely with our patients to maximize insurance benfits, taking full advantage of each individual's insurance plan. We ask only that you advise us of any and all changes with your dental insurance carriers.
Financial
Payment or, if dental insurance is involved, copayment is due on the day of treatment. Regardless of insurance, patients are ulitimately responsible for all fees incurred.We accept most major credit cards as well as cash and check forms of payment. For large treatments plans Care Credit payment options are available, offering affordable monthly payments, in most cases interest free.
